Injuries and Setbacks

Reflecting back from injury and setbacks, I’ve learned some invaluable lessons that I’m carrying with me to every start-line:

  1. Endurance isn’t just about physical strength; it’s mental fortitude, too. Embracing the process, the setbacks, and the slow progress
  2. If it scares you, pursue it- you don’t know until you try.
  3. Strength training? Non-negotiable. It’s the backbone of resilience and performance (and injury prevention).
  4. The person who has the most fun wins! Training isn’t a chore; it’s an opportunity to push your limits and explore new possibilities.
